Sculptures By The Sea. A celebration of art and nature.

This year marked the 20th anniversary for our favourite art exhibition Sculptures by the Sea.

An amazing celebration of art and nature which you can visit for free from 20th October to the 6th of November.

The outdoor sculpture exhibition is set along the beautiful coastal walkway between Bondi and Tamarama beaches. Sydney’s East Shore is the most picturesque part of Sydney and the coastal walk from Bondi to Bronte will reward you. The walk includes Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte beaches an awesome combination of beaches, parks and spectacular views.

From Bondi to Tamarama it is a 2km walk but I urge you to continue until Bronte just for the amazing backdrops.

Every year the exhibition attracts thousands of visitors so if you are not fond of crowds or just simply looking for amazing photo opportunities, avoid visiting it during the weekend.

The best way to get there is by public transport as there may be significant delays on roads between Bondi Junction, Bronte and North Bondi.

So check out the trains that run to Bondi Junction on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line or use google maps to see what buses can take you there from your location.

This year’s exhibition features more than 100 sculptures by international and Australian artists and every single one of them is inspiring.

Here are some photo shots to intrigue you.
